      Zhao Yaoyao, General Manager and Patent Attorney of Tianjin Shengli Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. He has been working in Tianjin University of Science and Technology for 10 years since he started working in 2008. The total authorized rate of patent application inventions of the main agents Biology College, Food Institute, and Chemical Engineering College reached more than 70%. In April 2016, it was named national patent information practical talent.
