Speaker Profile:

        Gao Xin is currently Director of the Polymer Chemistry Department of the Center for Chemical Invention Review of the Tianjin Institute of Intellectual Property, and is an associate researcher. He holds a bachelor's degree in biotechnology from Huazhong Agricultural University and a bachelor's degree in economics from Wuhan University, and a master's degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from Huazhong Agricultural University. He has been engaged in patent examination and business management for many years in the fields of medicine and chemistry at the State Intellectual Property Office of the Association of Beijing Center for Medicine, the Association for Evaluation of the Tianjin Center, and the Department of Chemistry, and has extensive experience in examination and patent work. As the chief author who participated in the Center's 3 projects, he published 6 papers in magazines such as "Chinese Inventions and Patents" and "Patent Literature Studies".
